The Dish Washer/General Utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the unit along with standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards, and following established food production programs and procedures. The Line Cook is responsible for the appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.

A server must be friendly, outgoing, and possess good communication skills. A server should be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.

Sous Chef

The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with all culinary activities for the restaurant.  This position involves overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the kitchen in the chef’s absence, ordering and receiving of goods, maintaining the standards of the health department and of BSBC, and assisting with purchasing and the culinary budget.
