Slickwood is a central Florida-based jamgrass, folk/rock, Americana roots music band comprised of true spirited, high-energy songs and players. The vocal and instrumental abilities are influenced by a wide range of styles and genres melded together to create a truly unique sound. Slickwood has embarked upon a journey through music which has brought much growth and change along the way. Slickwood was founded in early 2012 by front-man Randy Ryals and has since transformed into a 1-8 piece dynamic group of talented musicians.  Jamgrass Roots has become a popular phrase used by Slickwood fans to refer to the band’s genre.
